Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and platform maintenance of clients
- Assist with the collaboration across departments to deliver business value and assist with the coordination of Product Development Projects
- Assist with the articulation and documentation of business requirements
- Work closely with Product and Engineering Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined
- Participate in product quality assurance to identify and triage bugs
Required Skills
- Pursuing a diploma/degree/qualification in any relevant field
- Detail oriented, organized and diligent with ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks.
- Great communication skills and a strong team player.
- Problem solving mindset with an ability to resolve open ended problems
- Full-time interns preferred (6 months).
