Job Description.
The admin support assistant is to provide administrative support to the school on weekends. Main duty is to attend to teachers and other stakeholders like students, parents and public queries & other general duties as and when necessary.
- Handling telephone calls; walk-in enquiries.
- Preparation and verification of documents; maintaining and updating of data records.
- Ad hoc roles and responsibilities as directed by hiring manager and team.
