Job Description

Reporting to Director  and update Director’s schedule of the meeting & project with clients as well as taking minutes in the meeting.

In absence of Director, all instructions are to be obeyed to the second in chain of command (Chief Financial Officer).

Professional email correspondence and calls with clients, vendors and trainers.

Sorting incoming/outgoing mail, faxes and courier

Handling / Updating Company Website

Ensuring day-to-day administrative and clerical duties assigned is running smoothly in an effective and efficient manner

Coordinating the maintenance of inventory and office equipment

Preparing Logistic whenever there is projects and trainings.

Contacting Vendors and coordinate the schedule of Project outdoor program

Finalize Evaluation Reports for schools by the end of project.

Do Sales calling follow up  in all area Singapore

Set up appointment with clients in all area Singapore

Compiling Photos and Videos of Company

Doing media documentation during workshop.

Appraising trainers in their work in delivering program.

Other ad-hoc administrative duty as assigned ( e.g Lamination of certifications etc)
