MINT (Moment of Imagination and Nostalgia) Museum of Toys houses a world-class collection of vintage toys and collectable items in an international award-winning contemporary building on Seah Street. Its mission is to provide visitors a nostalgic journey of personal, cultural and historical rediscovery through moments of imagination with toys.
At MINT Museum of Toys, we strongly believe in cultivating creativity. We also love proactive team players with a professional attitude. As an intern, you will be exposed to various museum-related activities alongside your area of focus.
This position involves the cataloguing of museum exhibits i.e. toys and collectable items. The intern will photograph, edit and input information into the database. He or she will undertake research to match the relevant information to the items.
The essential requirements for applicants are:
- Basic/intermediate photography and editing skills
- Good Photoshop skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good with handling fragile/sensitive items
