HR Intern – Learning & Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and configure Induction Programs and assist in selecting and integrating Udemy courses into the WORKDAY LMS, ensuring accurate categorization and item access setup.
Assist in managing and updating existing courses and learning paths in the LMS.
Coordinate with the Learning Administrator and Content Managers to migrate the courses from existing system to Workday LMS and keep the LMS library up to date.
Identify common issues and areas for improvement, documenting them as quick tips and FAQs to support users.
Create and implement site program to penetrate the usage of Workday and Udemy as tools for talent management and development.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
Design and recommend initiatives to boost employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in HR digitalization and transformation projects.
Perform any other tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements and Skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Good organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think critically, and solve problems.
Working knowledge of HRIS software is beneficial.
Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices and in human behavior.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Microsoft services such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.
