HR and Admin Intern (Temporary staff) – 4 months Contract ($800 – $1,800)
Assist in HR operational matters
Assist in recruiting Talents including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & conducting job offers
Generate creative content and copywriting for corporate social media page & advertisement
Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements and claims
Assist in preparation of payroll and schedules
Provide general administrative support, initiate and execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Min Diploma in any discipline
Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel) pivot table, vlookup etc
Creative, initiatives and good working attitude
Immediate position or available to start within two week
Singaporeans only
