HR & Admin Officer – ($2,000 – $2,800)
Hands-on daily general HR and admin operational matters
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
• Assist in work pass related matters
• Manage office maintenance and purchases such as office and pantry supplies
• Maintain and oversee the company's license and vendor agreement records, ensuring they are up to date and properly monitored.
• Handle inquiries and administer staff benefits such as leave records, insurance claim, medical claim etc.
• Assist in payroll computation
• Preparing schedules and report
• Support in data entry, filling and documentation
• Any adhoc duty or task as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel)
