Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Answer customer enquiries via Shopee/Lazada messenger
- Ensure a high chat response rate
- Respond to Shopee/Lazada Ratings and Reviews
- Create Chat Broadcasts and assist with managing marketing campaigns
- Assist to update listings on all marketplaces
- Ensure all customer service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Record customer service tickets and identify the SKUs that are prone to have shipping damages
