Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Intern to support our CEO during this critical period. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive management, strategic planning, and the day-to-day operations of a Fintech company. The Executive Intern will work closely with both the CEO and Chief Of Staff, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Of Staff to support the CEO’s strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
  • Attend and take minutes of meeting, ensuring accurate documentation and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the executive team

Requirements

  • Sound business judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
  • Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Proficient in Chinese
