Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative support including business activities and operation
  • Assist the Director and the team in managing the daily schedule, work plan and travel arrangements with very detail-minded organization
  • Follow up on appointments, meetings, emails to members on upcoming events in a professional manner
  • Provide daily clerical support such as pick up calls, minutes preparation, data entry, presentation materials and transaction coordination
  • Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally within a tight schedule
  • Assist with administrative duties such as expenses claim, leave record management and office supplies management
  • Provide traveling and logistics arrangement for colleagues and guests
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS


Job Requirement

  • Diploma of any discipline with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Presentable with strong interpersonal skills to interact with people of different levels and background.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality of all business and private matters.
  • Ability to work on multi-task and under high pressure.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Power Point and MS Word etc.
  • Good English, Cantonese & Putonghua skills (both written and spoken) to liaise with Cantonese / Putonghua speaking counterparties.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
