1. Online Store Management
Product Listings:
Create, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, prices, and specifications).
Ensure listings adhere to Shopee and Lazada platform guidelines.
Inventory Management:
Update inventory status promptly on the platforms.
Pricing Strategy:
Conduct competitive analysis to adjust prices effectively.
Implement promotional pricing or discount strategies during campaigns.
2. Sales & Campaigns
Promotional Campaigns:
Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12 sales).
Collaborate with Shopee and Lazada account managers to maximize exposure through platform promotions.
3. Marketing & Branding
Content Creation:
Design and upload banners, graphics, and other marketing materials.
Write compelling product descriptions and ad copy to increase conversion rates.
Ad Management:
Manage Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Search, or display ads to improve visibility.
Monitor ROI and adjust ad spending accordingly.
Customer Engagement:
Utilize chat or messaging features on the platforms to answer customer queries promptly.
Run loyalty programs or offer vouchers to retain customers.
4. Order Fulfillment
Order Processing:
Ensure timely order acknowledgment, processing, and dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics providers for smooth delivery operations.
Returns & Refunds:
Handle customer complaints, returns, or refund requests in compliance with platform policies.
