Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Support:

  • Learning ACCPAC Accounting System
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoice matching, processing, and payment tracking.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining documents, both physical and digital.
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

3. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the finance and admin teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
