Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Customer Services team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or Whatsapp support.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  3. Accurately process orders, check /print/scan Collection Order & Delivery Order (CODO), matching Purchase Order (PO) while ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  5. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and other team members.
  7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree program in business, communications, or any related field.
  2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
