Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Office Manager at Modern Wealth Academy. We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Human Resources Office Manager to oversee various aspects of human resources and office management functions.

This role will encompass managing payroll, conducting performance and sentiment reviews, organizing HR-related team building events, handling recruitment from onboarding to offboarding, managing all HR-related contracts, and administering staff benefits and welfare programs. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Human Resources Management: Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. 

2. Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. 

3. Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and ensure legal compliance. 

4. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through HR-related team building and events, and regular feedback mechanisms. 

5. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and professionally. 

6. Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 

7. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure accurate and timely disbursements. Manage staff benefits and welfare-related matters. 

8. Performance & Sentiment Reviews: Monitor and evaluate employee performance and sentiment, providing regular feedback and conducting performance appraisals. 

9. Contract Management: Handle all HR-related contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal standards. 

10. Reporting: Prepare and present regular HR and office management reports to senior management. 

11. Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires and departing employees. 

12. Policy Enforcement: Ensure all HR policies are communicated effectively and enforced consistently across the organization. 

13. Office Management: Supervise office maintenance, supplies, and equipment to create a well-organized and efficient workplace. 

14. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering open communication and trust. 15. Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations. 

16. HR Metrics & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes. 

Requirements: 

1. Ideally 3-4 years of experience in human resources and office management, with a proven track record of handling HR functions independently and effectively. 

2. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. 

3. In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and office management best practices. 

4. Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve conflicts efficiently. 

6. Ability to prepare and present detailed HR and office management reports to senior management.
