We are looking for a driven Onboarding and Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team to help us grow. This is an exciting opportunity based in Singapore to be part of a fast-growing Fintech-for-Media start-up. You will gain insight and great experience into an internet start-up, experience life as an entrepreneur, and get involved in all aspects of the company’s growth marketing and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to communicate well, manage both external & internal stakeholders, take ownership in any tasks given and enjoy a good challenge.
Responsibilities
Serve as a main point of contact to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure the partner's site is integrated into the Fewcents Media Network.
Develop content strategy together with partners that will aid in success.
Conduct dashboard training to help partners understand how to use the dashboard.
Analyse data and create optimisation plans. Work with partners to get them executed.
Keep partners engaged and informed about Fewcents product updates with monthly tidbits emails.
Your Profile
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
High adaptability. Important to adapt to multiple changes in a startup environment
Good analytical skills
Willing to learn and have a growth mindset
Independent, able to get things done without constant supervision
