Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Verification of supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with the regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all cases are followed through
- Ensure that all Hire Purchase Agreements are mailed to customers promptly
- Ensures that accuracy & timeliness of system data input and processes/procedures are adhered to.
- Assist with other administrative functions to ensure loan processing and administrative processes are running efficiently
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome too!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
