You will be the trusted HR advisor to the leadership team and a pro-active partner to the business on the full spectrum of HR functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive and execute the people agenda through strategic advice and delivery of a full suite of value-added HR services to the business.
Responsibilities
- Partner and support the business heads and managers in Talent Acquisition and in all stages of the employee life cycle
- Team leadership role with the management of a small team
- Lead and manage the HR & Admin functions in the smooth delivery of HR & Admin operations and services
- Talent Acquisition and capabilities-building are priorities
- Review, formulate and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures to support a progressive and forward-looking work culture and environment
- Drive the performance management and Compensation & Benefits processes
- Lead the handling of complex employee relations issues
- Ensure HR & Admin processes, systems and records are well-maintained
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of 3 years’ in HR managerial capacity
- Good ability to engage staff across all levels, and provide guidance and coaching to leaders to drive performance, engagement and capability outcomes
- Self-led, can-do attitude, willingness to hands-on are qualities we seek for
- Adaptable and demonstrated agility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
