Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Projects / Operations

  • ·Maintain and upkeep the clean and conducive learning environment.
  • ·Assist the Programme Manager (PM) into systemizing and updating the steps/tasks under the different milestone in the project management software for each project.
  • ·Ensure that arrangement of trainers & facilitators for each project is done at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • ·Ensure that workshop slides are given to the trainers at least 5 days in advance. - Please get the slides from the PM.
  • ·Ensure that any special instructions are to be fully communicated with the training team and the team knows the FULL requirements - Double check on the proposal requirement and the PM for any additional request.
  • ·Tabulate the ideas and submit the list for selection.
  • ·Collate the Feedback results and generate the project report.
  • ·Check the trainers/facilitators' claim based on the project managements submission.
  • ·Inform Accounts on project billing based on milestones.
  • ·Maintain Project Account
  • ·Oversees the safety and security of the assets of the company and students while in the premise
  • ·Maintenance and updating of Idea Generation Library
  • ·Management and maintenance of training tools and logistic.

Ensure that ALL projects are smooth flowing in terms of operation. - (Including trainer scheduling with the assistance of project coordinators, but will be handled personally if there is no coordinators.)
