The Role
Work closely with the Bridal Stylist to
- Customize wedding packages that meet customers budget and requirements
- Attend to customer enquiries and schedule appointment for gown fitting / selection
- Book the required services with our industries partners to ensure our customers’ orders are deliver timely
- Follow up with customer on appointments and reschedule if needed
- Assist customers in gown viewing, selection, and fitting
- Prepare the gowns and get ready for customer’s fitting, delivery, pick-up & etc
- update Weekly Sales report
- Ensure the alteration/ customization order form are filled accurately before submitting to the operation team to carry out the alteration jobs
- Maintain customer relationship to ensure customer had an enjoyable experience with us
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well with people and is also a great team
- Able to multi-task, and manage tight timelines, well-organised and detail oriented
- Good Communication Skill
- Has a strong sense of responsibility
- Has a can-do attitude
- Is a self-starter
- Friendly and outspoken
- Additional skillsets such as basic sewing will be advantageous.
