Job Description

Marketing Admin Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative support within channel marketing operations.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure timely inventory update and replenishment of warehouse to ensure on-time delivery for offline events.
  • Handle online redemption order fulfilments and monitor re-fulfillment requests.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of data, resolve data discrepancies and/or issues including but not limited to inventory movement entries, logistical issues, and cost breakdown report.
  • Assist in submitting invoices to procurement team and follow up with the payment process.
  • Support other relevant marketing initiatives such as offline activations and roadshows where necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Majoring in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Good with numbers, computer and data analysis.
  • Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work both independently and within the team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, able to read and write Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Full-time interns are preferred
