Social Media Intern

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting, scheduling, and publishing captivating content across our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, and potentially additional channels (Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels, fostering meaningful conversations and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with key promotions, events, and company milestones.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new avenues for engagement and outreach.
  • Participate in ideation sessions to generate compelling visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and impactful captions.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for refining our strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends, suggesting optimizations to our approach.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
  • Strong passion for and in-depth familiarity with various social media platforms, trends, and effective engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and language proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take on new challenges proactively.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to meet deadlines and contribute to team initiatives.
