Job Description

This position will be part of an energetic and dynamic regional HR team. You shall be reporting directly to the HR Manager. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process including but not limited to coordinating interviews and building reporting databases.
  • Support HR operations in recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, employer branding, engagement etc.
  • Support internal HR/Admin SOP documentations.
  • Assist the planning, execution and communications of HR projects and events.
  • Be involved in daily administrative matters including merchandise management.
  • Provide support to regional HR team members at any ad-hoc assignments as required.

 Essential Requirements:

  •  Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant courses.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin to support basic translation of documentations.
  •  Preferably at least 4 months of internship commitment.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  •  High degree of self-initiative, responsibility and accountability.
  •  A team player that can work independently.
  •  Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  •  Meticulous attention to detail.
