We are looking for a driven Customer Experience and Sales Intern to join our team!
You will be supporting the end-to-end sales processes where you will need to identify and build relationships with inbound consumers’ leads with the eventual goal of converting them as a user on our platform marketplace. You will need to understand consumer insights quickly to drive acquisition and growth metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales processes from inbound lead management, pitching, analyzing, presentation, closing, and implementation, with significant autonomy
- Conduct client research to uncover insights on potential relocation needs
- Respond to phone and email queries on product and service offerings
- Prepare consumer presentation materials and conduct product demonstration
- Maintain client database and documentation
- Resolves consumer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Conduct analysis of benefits and value of the organization’s products against possible needs of potential consumers to qualify the prospect
- Report, strategise, plan and implement product iterations that support day-today customer experience
Requirements
- Full-time internship (6 months between December 2021 - July 2022)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Strong presentation, communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- You thrive in a startup with ever-changing systems and products to use and sell
- A self-starter and motivated individual with a can’t-is-not-an-option attitude
- Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy of the work
