Position
We are looking for a tenacious Digital Business Development Associate to join our team!
As a Digital Business Development Associate, you will build and grow our partners portfolio into the Moovaz relocation e-platform ground up. You will be leading the end-to-end deal processes, from sourcing for vendors, analysing and negotiating the deal to implementation with significant autonomy.
This role will require you to understand our partner and market needs quickly to form up vendors acquisition strategies that are in line with our Company revenue growth goals.
You will be working hand in hand with the Tech Development team as well as the Account Management team to achieve operational and product excellence for our partners.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deal processes: strategy, sourcing, analysis, negotiation, and implementation, with significant autonomy - from cold contact through to ongoing relationship with your partners
Research potential clients, existing and new markets, products and services to identify business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline
Obtain insights from business network on developments in product and service offerings in relation to industry needs
Develop engagement plans and activities to build and strengthen relationships with clients
Evaluate and communicate client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to relevant stakeholders to enhance client experience
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Have experience in using Linkedin and CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
Strong consultation, negotiation and hunting skills
Strong presentation, communication, multi-tasking and time management skills
You thrive in a startup with ever changing systems and products to use and sell
A self-starter and motivated individual with can’t-is-not-an-option attitude
Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work
