Main Responsibilities:

• To assit in recruiting of Financial Sevices Consultant
• Resume screening, short-listing, fixing appointment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to requirements and the job responsibilities.
• To assit in training of the sales process, product knowledge, etc
• Organising recruitment and networking events
• Handling necessary paper works and coordination
• Provide necessary sales coaching and joint activities if necessary
• Activity management and planning for training/sales activites
• Providing guidance on CFMAS examinations
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Result/Target-oriented.
• Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team
• having background in HR/insurance industry will be an advantage
• Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum Diploma and above
• WIlling to work long hours including weekend
• Cheerful and Outgoing personality
