Job Description
Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to the final stages of the hiring process
Manage job postings, applications, and candidate screenings
Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment databases and track candidates through the hiring process
Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns
Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding processes

Requirements
Singaporean or Permanent Resident
Minimum qualification: Local Diploma or A Levels
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment software
Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
