  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to the final stages of the hiring process

  • Manage job postings, applications, and candidate screenings

  • Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and track candidates through the hiring process

  • Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns

  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding processes

  • Attend training sessions to enhance recruitment and HR knowledge

Requirements

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident

  • Minimum qualification: Local Diploma or A Levels

  • Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information
