Job Description
Mosanco Enchanted Cafe is taking in Operations Interns who are passionate in growing within the Hospitality Industry!
Locations: Farrer Park / Clarke Quay / Bukit Timah Plaza / Bedok North and/or Jurong East location
What you will learn:
- Food Operations (Light cooking, coffee & tea brewing, cold brew stock production)
- Attend to customers' requests and enquiries with professionalism
- Cashiering duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of the entire Cafe
- Delivery Operations (Assist in receiving, stocking, arranging of ingredients and supplies & liaising with delivery team on delivery of orders)
- Get the chance to experience what it is like to operate F&B in 3 phases of the day (morning, afternoon and midnight)
Who we are looking to train:
- Available for at least 3 months
- Pro-activeness and take initiative to learn
- As the company is growing, we provide opportunities to groom staff up as leaders (supervisors / managers).
- Good attitude is of utmost important
