HR Cum Admin Assistant (Intern Converted to Perm!) X2

You will get exposed to:

• Provide support in day to day HR Operations for Mosanco Pte Ltd and its affiliated entities including but not limited to onboarding of new employees, recruitment, leave, benefits, work pass matters, Employee probation extension & confirmation, Exit interview and clearance, etc.
• Posting of job vacancies on job portals
• Draft and prepare accurate employment contracts (Full-timer,Part-timer,Interns)
• Obtain all relevant and required information from new employees and ensure their information are always updated and accurate
• Day to day HR administration, including filing, scanning, documentation, data-entry, etc

• Support in all adhoc activities and HR related matters as and when required

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and effective listening skills to understand one another
• Seeks to build a brand by strengthening the relationship and synergy of our team members
• Eager to learn new things, and suggest new ideas! Our HR team loves openness and introduction to fresh ideas as we constantly strive to improve and upgrade ourselves, and our brand
• Has a sharp eye for detail, and is not afraid to take on challenges within our team
• Currently studying a Human Resource-related course, or possess a Human Resource-related educational certificate (Polytechnic/University undergraduates/graduates are welcome!)
• If you are able to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months, it will be a huge advantage
