- Assist in managing all job portals
- Screening of CVs and sending it to hiring for selection
- Doing up Letter of Appointment for part-timers and full-timers
- All administrative work for onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Learn and get exposed to Work Pass application, NS claims, and many more!
- Maintain and update details for all employees in the HR system
- Handling of Part-timer payroll and calculations
- Other administrative duties as assigned
