You will be working with us to assist in administrative duties for companies such as Mosanco Enchanted Cafe and more
You will be handling general administrative work within the office to support the HR, accounting and sales department. Great opportunity to be converted to a Permanent role (if suitable) !
- Processing of orders from multiple channels (e-commerce platforms, overseas distributors, and local sales clients)
- Generating of invoices and reports
- Updating of information and new promotions for website and e-commerce platforms
- Attending to office visitors, calls and enquiries
- Assist HR department in collating and tally of work hours for staff
- Assist HR department on new onboarding staff such as updating of P-files in the system
- Updating and maintaining of leave records
- Other administrative work as per assigned
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Someone to start work immediately would be ideal
- Strong willingness to learn with a positive attitude (we are a friendly team!)
