Office & HR Administrator - Immediately / Urgent!
This person will be handling general administrative work within the office assisting the HR, accounting and sales department.
- Processing of orders from multiple channels (from e-commerce platforms, overseas distribution sales and local sales)
- generating of invoices and reports
- Updating information and new promotions for website and e-commerce platform
- Attending to calls and enquiries
- Assist HR department in collating and tally of work hours for staff
- Assist HR department on new onboarding staff such as updating of P-files in the system
- Attending to vistors and clients when they visit the office
- Some reception duties attending to visitors is required
- Updating and maintaining of leave records
- Other administrative work as per assigned
