We are a local pastry brand specializing in the production of artisanal egg tarts and pastries. We are looking to build a team of energetic and creative individuals that will help take the brand into greater heights.
Job Specification:
- Preparation of raw materials (ie. kneading dough) for food production
- Production of company's offerings
- Adhere to company’s production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation and NEA hygiene requirements and practices.
- Ensure that all raw materials are received, stored properly and utilized following the First In First Out (FIFO) principle
- Conduct stock check and monitor stocks of ingredients
- Ensure that food preparation equipment is being used safely & correctly; cleaned and maintained as per schedule.
- Other ad-hoc duties include cashiering, taking orders and handling customer requests as required.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to learn, proactive, passion for baking, team player and good communication skills
- 5.5 day work week
