Brand Design and Product Development


Responsibilities:

Your work scope covers both Brand design as well as Product development. Brand design involves website management, development of advertising and promotional collaterals, visual merchandising, and other Brand design support required from time to time. You shall also support Product design and development involving product research, design development and production co-ordination. Your position reports to the Director.


Your key job tasks are outlined, but not limited to the following:

BRAND DESIGN SUPPORT

Website Management - Daily
Apart from ensuring day-to-day working order of the site, your key website responsibilities are :
• Product Images and Listing - update in a timely manner, in detail and with accuracy.
• Graphics and Dynamic Features (eg Homepage, Lookbooks etc.) – design & execute per schedule
• Press Features and Media Coverage - publish online
• Blog / Facebook – maintenance of contents and responses
• Update of static pages as required
Improve the architecture, functionalities and esthetics of the website where desired in order to continually improve online shopper experience.

E-Newsletter – Bi-weekly / Monthly
• Design and execute EDM per pre-approved schedule

Print & Production of Collaterals – As required
• Design and co-ordinate printing of brand and product materials (brand and seasonal collection posters, flyers, advertisements, point-of-sale graphics, etc) as and when required

Visual Merchandising for Retail – Seasonal
• Prepare VM guide for retail store, for seasonal and thematic events
• Execute local VM, with retail team assistance
• Maintain VM guide for franchisee partners

Brand Material Maintenance – Flow
• Manage proper and secure organization and storage of brand and product photos
• Act as point of liaison for proper Brand application and clearan
