We are looking for online fulfilment executive to support our e-commerce business growth. In this role, you will navigate our warehouse to locate specific merchandise of multi brands for our online customers and see it out the door.
- Ensure timely execution and fulfillment of online orders for Motherswork e-store, www.motherswork.com.sg. Responsibilities include picking, packing, put-away, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise.
. Maintain high standards of customer service for online customers; guide and advise potential customers with the aim of converting to purchase; resolution of customer enquiries and other issues
- Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns; coordinate with warehouse to ensure that online stores are adequately stocked and this is reflected in the system
. Liaise as required with stores and warehouse to resolve delivery issues
- Practice good housekeeping by ensuring all goods are stores neatly and properly.
- Assist in annual stock take count for warehouse
- Sew embroidered names for soft toys.
- Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
At least 1 years of related working experience with proven track records in managing e-Commerce platform.
Proficient in MS Office
Fluency in English and at least a 2nd language
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Results-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
5.5 day work week, work location – Kallang/Macpherson area
Basic salary + commission
