We are looking for an individual to take on the following responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management and sales
- Mix formulated paints and varnish paintings
- Welcome and guide customers with high energy and create an amazing experience
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment
- Train and manage a team of part-time crew schedules and culture
- Work with the marketing and product team to implement social media promotional campaigns and initiatives.
