MPC Events is a boutique experiential marketing agency specializing in the engagement of senior executives and high-net-worth individuals. We began in 2011 as My Private Chef, creating gourmet hospitality and events with our network of world-class chefs, speakers, and lifestyle partners. After nearly ten years of delighting clients through their palates, we realized we could do much more. Since 2020, we have rebranded as MPC Events to become more relevant as our work is now a platform for corporate and luxury brand clients to elevate their brand and engage their audience through meaningful shared experiences, whether in-person or virtually.
- Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers
- Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials, and any other items
- Provide support in phone-in, walk-in enquiries, and email correspondences.
- Provide support in any ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned.
- Assist with teammates with daily operation work.
- Have a dedicated coach that can help you get the most out of your internship experience.

Requirements
- Able to commit for 3-6 months
- Be able to prioritize and multitask
- Pay keen attention to detail - be well-organised
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Specific Responsibilities:
· Pre-event management including taking detailed client briefs, preparing proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings, and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, audio-visual suppliers, external venues, and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and client expectations.
· Financial control of event projects, including complete cost control throughout the project
· Ensure all work submitted is to the highest of standards with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
· Always project a positive and can-do attitude keeping all campaign stakeholders updated with realistic delivery dates. Meet all deadlines set, continually manage expectations, and ensure all expectations are met, if not exceeded.
The interns will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Get exposed to the development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
- Develop marketing concepts, branding ideas, advertising/marketing copy, and graphic designs for promotional purposes
