Job Description
Main mode of communication: Discord Channel & Support Email
Working Hour: 3pm to 11pm
Job description as follows:
Trader Assistance:
- Promptly respond to trader inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance.
Community Interaction:
- Foster a sense of community by encouraging traders to connect, share experiences, and seek help from one another.
Information Dissemination:
- Keep traders informed about program updates, market trends, and relevant news, enabling them to make informed trading decisions.
Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate and resolve any disputes or misunderstandings among traders in a fair and neutral manner.
Feedback Collection:
- Actively gather feedback from traders, and relay their suggestions and concerns to the program's management for possible improvements.
Programme Rules Compliance:
- Ensure traders are aware of and follow trading objectives and guidelines, fostering a respectful and harmonious trading community.
Market Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends and share relevant insights and analysis with traders.
Community Rules and Etiquette:
- Establish and uphold community rules and guidelines to ensure a respectful and constructive online environment.
Reporting:
- Generate reports on community engagement, query resolution, and feedback for continuous improvement and evaluation.
