Mr Bottle's Kids Party is an entertainment and production company that provides premium entertainment services like magic shows, science shows, balloon sculpting, facepainting, mascot as well as unique customized programme for all kinds of events.
With more than 15 years in the industry, they have done many successful themed events including the dinosaurs events at Harbourfront Centre and Northpoint.
Mr Bottle's Kids Party is growing quickly and with various mall events coming up in June, they're now actively hiring interns who are interested in being a part of their team!

Your Task
Work closely with senior management for the production of events from conception through to completion -- Brainstorm creative concepts of events for clients and subsequently, plan and execute key events, publications, promotions and logistics preparation, and oversee manpower management at events site
Frontline communication with potential clients and maintaining key accounts with existing clients
Formulate strategies- To improve current events, and to engage new and maintaining clients (e.g. social media)
Assist with campaigns/events/parties
Providing a post event report for each event and promotion drive
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holder
Training will be provided - those with no experience are also welcome to apply
Meticulous and has good interpersonal skills (good verbal and written communication skills)
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be an advantage
Willing to work long hours to ensure the success of each event/promotion
