Ms. Durian started her journey by establishing a petite bakery shop nestled in the heart of Potong Pasir, Poiz Centre. We made our initial foray back in March 2019 and through our perseverance, passion, insistence of using only Mao Shan Wang durian for our creation, we earned a renowned status as one of the top choices for durian cakes. Today, Ms Durian is the biggest durian-themed cafe in Singapore.
Working hours:
- 44 hours, 5.5 days work week, off day can be discussed
- Full-day shift: 2.15pm to 10.15pm
- Half-day shift: 6.15pm to 10.15pm
You will be working in a team to learn how to prepare and cook dishes:
- Fillet and slicing fresh fish
- Marinating and cooking chicken in various methods
- Proper preparation and storage of fresh ingredients
- Practice and maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Cooking various kind of pastas
- Plating dishes
