Who are we?
MultiCo is a new forward-thinking yet fun business on the Singapore block. MultiCo in short, is a membership that offers over 30 places to work across Singapore, but this isn't the usual "co-working thing". Think of MultiCo as something like a black AMEX but without needing the exclusivity or background to obtain the card. MultiCo moves past just co-working spaces and offers access to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and even wellness centres. The scope of flexibility to work, rest and play is a whole new level. MultiCo allows for people to work away from the office or home, opting for different landscapes to escape to.
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. As an early-stage company, you will work alongside our founders and experience our side of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and resolve any technical issues they face
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Work with tech support and app developer to find out the root causes of the problems
Qualification:
- Some experience with Customer Service / Customer Support roles
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- BSc in Information Technology or any relevant diploma
