Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in bridging communications between business and developers to ensure that the product is fit for business use, prioritising the feature development
  • Managing a team of developers / project teams across various locations and countries
  • Reports projects status and align for the roadmap with Director and project teams (including Marketing, Warehouse and E-Commerce)
  • Translate functional requirements from business users into sound technical designs that meet business objectives.
  • Key person overlooking the development and success of Magento projects, implementing processes for the development team with solid understanding of key stakeholder needs and future business plans
  • Identify growth opportunities in site infrastructure, on-page optimization and site speed.
  • Ability to transform key processes and business needs into actionable tasks for developmental team to work on

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience, user experience platform
  • Retail and/or e-commerce experience is preferred
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent time-management skills, staying organised and tracking tasks to ensure optimal performance. Able to prioritise tasks based on business needs under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active problem-solver and proactively keeping updated with the latest technological trends and developments in the market
  • Experience and knowledge of Magento platform is a MUST
  • Bonus: - Magento Certification First-hand experience in coding and development work
