Job Description
E-Commerce Operations
- Managing day-to-day e-Commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, pick and pack items according to orders, inventory management, customer enquiries & satisfaction, website development and other logistics-related matters as necessary
- E-Commerce Marketplace (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/brand.com etc): Manage and update product listings/pricing, shop-in-shop designs and ensure product contents are aligned with the promotion plan.
- Support customer service efforts, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to online purchases.
- Immediately assist any customers who may choose to pick up their orders in person
