Job Description
This is an ideal position for someone who wants to learn how to run a businesses. You will
work very closely with the founder and get to know and help all the areas of the company.
If you are proactive, self-starter who loves to find, build or create solutions to problems,
then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. At MundoLah, you will have a voice and
decision-making power, alongside the team.
Immediate Hiring
Requirement:
Administrative support including invoicing, filling and reconsolidate data.
Liase with warehouse and last mile delivery partner.
Support to the sales, operation and marketing teams.
Support to sales account in platforms as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada – listing,
managing inventory, responding to customer messages, managing lost orders,
managing reviews, reviewing FBA opportunities, preparing infographics for the
products, and maintaining Account health as required by Amazon.
Create presentations
Help with social media creation
Take part in meetings
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations
Search new deals and new suppliers
Liase with warehouse and last mile delivery partner.
Ensure accuracy in platforms stock
Check spreads sheets consistency.
Any other duties as assigned

Good communication skills for both oral and written in English
