You will be part of our Singapore branch's HR team, and will support the team across various aspects of HR operations. This role will give you the opportunity to learn hands-on the full HR lifecycle activities, from recruitment all the way to the exit of an employee.
Your Job:
- Support recruitment activities like arrangements of interviews, posting of job ads
- Support day to day HR duties (administer HR letters, training administration, logistics support for training sessions and engagement activities).
- Management and co-ordination of new employee onboarding process (Creation of P-files for new joiners, preparation of new joiners welcome kit, day 1 induction, etc.).
- Management of application/renewal/cancellation of work passes for foreign staff
- Any other ad-hoc projects that may be assigned by Head of HR or HR team (e.g. research, etc.)
Your Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related discipline
- Keen interest to learn in a hands-on manner HR operations and administration
- Highly committed, a self-starter/self-learner
- A good team player.
- Willing and enthusiastic to learn new tools and technologies
