We are looking for two interns to work in the Life & Health Technical Accounting team based in Singapore. Being part of the CFO division of Munich Re Singapore Branch, the candidates will be exposed to various insurance markets.
Job Description
Your job
- Provide assistance and develop templates to check Bordereaux and Statement of Accounts for the life & health reinsurance treaties
- Develop template and tools to extract information for sanction check
- Provide assistance to process enhancement and standardisation
- Support quarterly closing process
Your profile
- Pursuing a tertiary course or degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance)
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, logical and concise in approach and demonstrate attention to detail
- Well-developed time management skills; ability to work independently while supporting the team work
- Good self-starter/learner, innovative, and willing to learn and push boundaries
- Strong Excel and VBA knowledge is preferred. Experience in Power BI, Power Query or Database language is a plus.
