Job Description


No Experience is welcome to apply, Manager will teach, guide and grow your e-commerce skills with murano.

1) Maintaining product listings, images, campaigns, orders, delivery fulfillment, payments, refunds, customer service and enquires in for mainly for Shopee and murano platforms.

2) Maintaining inventory and stocks in Shopee and murano platforms.

3) Maintaining consistent pricing of products in Shopee and Murano website.

4) Ensure that all product information such as pricing, promotion and stocks level are up to date.

5) Ensure that online orders on our e-commerce platform are fulfilled promptly.

6) Ensure that online queries are answered promptly.

7) Arrange product collection, delivery appointment, refund, product exchange and follow-up.

8) Liaising with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a fast and timely manner.

9) Any other duties as assigned by the superior.


Job Requirements:

1) Ability to liaise with customers over our online order channels in a professional manner.

2) Ability to manage customers’ online orders, inquiries, feedbacks or complaints efficiently in a fast and timely manner.

3) Internet savvy, excellent customer service handling skills coupled with good attitude, positive mindset and a good team player.

4) Willing to work on a 6-day work week – Retail hours: 12.30 pm – 9pm with Off on a fixed weekday.

5) Those with some e-commerce background will have an added advantage.

6) Those without experience but with a keen interest in e-commerce work and well-versed in online purchases are welcome to apply.

7) Basic knowledge in any form of photo editing software.

8) Possess good command of English and Chinese to liaise with online customers.

9) Able to commence work within short notice.
