We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content that highlights our lessons, student performances, and behind-the-scenes moments for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about music, storytelling, and delivering visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos (15 seconds to 3 minutes) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop engaging video content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
- Add music, text overlays, graphics, transitions, and other effects to enhance the videos.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various social media platforms and formats.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and video editing techniques to create modern and dynamic content.
- Organize and manage video assets effectively for future use.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing for social media (portfolio required).
- Familiarity with video formats and best practices for different social media platforms.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for music and creativity in showcasing it visually is a bonus.
