Who are we?
Mutant is a weird name for an agency, we know. We’d love to tell you there’s a cool reason for it - like being exposed to gamma radiation or being bitten by a spider - but alas, our origin story is a little less dramatic.
We started in 2012 as a PR agency, led by one guy with a simple idea - to grow an agency that focused on getting business results and removing agency fluff.
From these humble beginnings, we evolved into a regional agency with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, servicing clients across Asia Pacific and globally for their PR, content marketing, and branding needs.
(We’ve bagged a few awards along the way, too. Most recently we were named PR Team of the Year (Gold) and APAC Workplace Champions (Large Agency) by PRCA Asia Pacific!)

We’re looking for a bold, creative, and super outgoing intern to join our social media squad! If you're always the first one to say “let’s film this!” and you’re obsessed with all things TikTok and IG, keep reading.
What You’ll Do:
- * Be the face of our content – show up on camera and help bring our brand to life
- * Co-create videos and social content with our social media team
- * Jump on trends, start your own, and help us keep our content fresh
- * Engage with the community and build real vibes with followers
- * Work with global brands on cool, scroll-stopping campaigns
Bonus Points If You:
- * Can do basic video editing (CapCut, VN, or whatever you vibe with)
- * Are comfy filming using your own mobile phone
- * Know your way around Canva like a pro
- * Speak other languages apart from English (Chinese or Behasa Melayu)
You’re Perfect If You:
- * Aren’t shy and LOVE being in front of the camera
- * Are creative AF and full of ideas
- * Understand Gen Z humor, pop culture, and social media trends
- * Have a good sense of timing, energy, and style on video
- * Able to commit at least 2-3 months with us
