*Interior Design Consultancy firm is seeking Interior Designer.*
Requirements
- Currently residing in Singapore only.
- Diploma in Interior Design preferred.
- Min 1 year of work experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, MS Office, MS PowerPoint or equivalent
- Able to multi-task and meet deadline.
- Have a positive attitude and a keen eye for design.
- Fresh graduates with relevant educational qualifications will be considered.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Designers on Interior Design works.
- Space Planning / Design Concept Development.
- Generate 3D perspective visuals, presentation drawings and detail/construction drawings for customers and contractors.
- Assist in communication and follow up with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Assist in the proposal of design to customers.
- Assist in administrative works.
- Sourcing of material samples and mood board.
- Perform occasional site visits and inspections.
Other Information
- Any other professional certifications will be considered.
- Good work experience but without proper diploma or degree may apply.
- Incentives and commissions available for those taking up sales portfolio.
