My-Insurer is a vibrant Insurtech start-up that designs and operates a disruptive digital insurance platform (CRM and App) for intermediaries and their customers. My-Insurer was in the top 3 finalists for the "Insurtech of the Year" at the "4th Asia Trusted Life Agents and Advisers Awards 2019" (out of several hundreds candidates).
We are building a new value-proposition for intermediaries (agents, independent financial advisers) to generate leads and nurture clients relationships, integrating membership to access Healthcare, Wellness and Lifestyle vendors and partners services.
You will have the opportunity to experience first-hand how a start-up operates and builds its value-proposition.
You will be fully embedded into the team and directly reporting to our Business Development Director:
- Support the Business Development Director to generate and follow-up on leads and contacts.
- Contribute to the sales process from lead to client and vendor/partner
- Follow-up on business emails and client liaison.
- Provide administrative support to the BD Director including appointment setting, meeting preparation and proposal organization.
- Monitor and Resolve clients issues with professionalism and patience
- Input and maintain accurate data across various platforms to keep track of activity and progress
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least 'A' Level Certificate/Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
- No work experience required but would be an added advantage.
